It’s another week in the life of my project 52, which theme is “photographer’s choice.” This week I thought I’d share some Lensbaby shots, since I spent the last several days trying to figure out how to use it. This little thing is harder to use than it looks! It was a warm and sunny several days, which meant horseback riding outdoors and hiking to the top of Pilot Butte. It was such a fun week! Anyways, here are a few of my favorite shots :)
360 degree views of the Cascades and Bend from up here…
…But it is a bit of a hike for a 3 and 5 year old…

Beautiful light in the horse photos, and that city view is awesome!
Thank you Michele!
You did an amazing job with the edge 80!!!! Beautiful work!
Thanks so much Justyna!!
I played around some with my Lensbaby this past weekend as well, but nothing like your shots. The sixth one is magical, as is the second from last.
Thanks so much Kate!
All these shot are amazing!
I love the style.
Wow thanks everyone for all the encouraging words! It’s so good to get positive feedback, especially when trying something new like this:)
I love the shot of the 2 girls spitting water in the bath tub. Did you jump in and buy a lensbaby or just rent one?
Kristy, I jumped in and bought one! It’s super fun, but definitely tricky. I love that it forces me to see things a little differently:)
